Program- Children naturally want to move and make sounds and their natural aptitude for music blossoms in a sufficiently rich music environment. Wonder is a very special aspect of childhood which tends to be lost as one ages. However, this can be facilitated through purposeful and intentional discovery through music. Children will learn skills and take it with them throughout their lives. When given a supportive and social environment, children learn to sing and dance as they learn to talk and wall while nurturing creativity, confidence and self-expression.

Music Explorer is a course where students learn the basics of music through orff instruments, singing in a choir and exploring over 15 different instruments. These instruments include but are not limited to piano, violin, xylophone, metallophone, shakers, hand drums, recorder, boom whackers, and guitar. Sometimes students do not know what they like or what instrument they want to pursue. This is the very beginning of their musical journey that will last a lifetime and this course is a perfect way to explore all of them and get to know your child’s individual preferences!

Cost: $250 for 12 lessons
Music Adventure builds upon the skills of Music Explorer, but this is also suitable for children with limited musical experience. Here children will learn more complex aspects of music making such as 2-3 part singing, melody and harmony and more complex rhythms. Children will also learn how to read music notation for the first time! Not only will children try new instruments but they will learn these instruments more in depth.
